Kahlua

Ingredients
- 1 c instant coffee
- 4 c brown sugar
- 2 c boiling water
- 1 vanilla bean slashed
- 1 fifth rum or brandy
Directions
- Mix together coffee water and sugar and let cool
- Combine with vanilla bean and alcohol in a glass jar or bottle
- Let sit in a dark place at least 4 weeks the longer it sits the better it gets
- Shake now and then
- Remove the vanilla bean and store in sealed glass containers
- Enjoy over ice cream or in coffee
