Impossible Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can pumpkin
  • 1 13 oz can evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 12 c Bisquick
  • 34 c sugar
  • 2 12 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Directions

  1. Grease 1 9-inch pie pan
  2. Blend all ingredients and pour in pan
  3. Bake at 350 for 55 to 60 minutes
  4. Pie is done when knife inserted comes out clean
  5. Cool
  6. Serve with Cool Whip
