Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 16 Pecan Sandies
  • 12 c walnuts
  • 23 c butter
  • 3 sq chocolate
  • 1 12 c sugar
  • 3 eggs separated into yolks and whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 12 gal Breyers golden vanilla ice cream
  • 2 large Heath bars

Directions

  1. Crush Pecan Sandies and walnuts
  2. Melt butter and chocolate add sugar
  3. Beat until smooth add 3 egg yolks and vanilla
  4. Fold in 3 egg whites beaten stiff
  5. Place half crumb mixture into a 9 x 15-inch pan
  6. Spread chocolate mixture over this
  7. Chill 2 hours
  8. Spread ice cream over top and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top of this
  9. Crush Heath bars
  10. Spread on top
  11. Freeze overnight
