Hummingbird Cake

Ingredients

• 3 c flour
• 2 c sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 3 eggs beaten
• 1 12 c vegetable oil
• 1 12 tsp vanilla
• 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
• 1 c pecans chopped
• 2 c bananas mashed

Directions

1. Combine first 5 dry ingredients in large bowl
2. Mix eggs and oil together and stir into dry ingredients do not beat
3. Stir in remaining ingredients until well-mixed
