Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients

• 1 lb crab meat fresh or frozen
• 4 Tbsp lemon juice
• 2 or 3 drops Tabasco sauce
• 12 c light cream
• 2 tsp minced onion
• garlic salt
• 12 oz cream cheese
• 12 c mayonnaise
• 1 tsp chives
• 14 tsp salt
• 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

1. Pour lemon juice over crab meat and let drain
2. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and add crab
3. Heat slowly and serve over assorted crackers
