Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can milk to clean out soup can
  • 1 8 oz container sour cream
  • 1 c shredded cheese
  • 8 to 10 oz thickly sliced ham cubed optional

Directions

  1. Mix together soup milk sour cream and cheese
  2. Add the frozen potatoes
  3. Mix well
  4. Toss in the cubed ham
  5. Place in a greased shallow pan
  6. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until brown
