Ham And Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 5 to 7 potatoes peeled and sliced
- 1 12 c ham diced
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 c chopped green pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 can water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients
- Put in a covered casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 375
- Remove cover last 10 minutes
