Funnel Cakes

Ingredients
- 2 c milk
- 2 eggs
- 12 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- 2 12 c flour
Directions
- Beat eggs well and add milk
- Sift salt and baking powder into a little flour
- Add to the egg and milk mixture
- Continue adding flour until you have a thin batter
- Heat oil in 12 - 1 inch pan
- Put butter into funnel and then into oil
- Start in the center of the skillet and going around and round making the size and shape of your choice
- Serve with powdered sugar or syrup
