Funnel Cakes

Ingredients

  • 2 c milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 tsp baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 2 12 c flour

Directions

  1. Beat eggs well and add milk
  2. Sift salt and baking powder into a little flour
  3. Add to the egg and milk mixture
  4. Continue adding flour until you have a thin batter
  5. Heat oil in 12 - 1 inch pan
  6. Put butter into funnel and then into oil
  7. Start in the center of the skillet and going around and round making the size and shape of your choice
  8. Serve with powdered sugar or syrup
