Fruit Cocktail Cake

Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 12 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c fruit cocktail drained
- 12 c brown sugar
- 14 c fruit cocktail juice
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Add egg fruit cocktail and juice
- Put in greased 8 x 8-inch cake pan
- Top with brown sugar Bake at 325 for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping
