Fruit Cocktail Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 12 c sugar
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp baking soda
  • 12 tsp baking powder
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 c fruit cocktail drained
  • 12 c brown sugar
  • 14 c fruit cocktail juice

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together
  2. Add egg fruit cocktail and juice
  3. Put in greased 8 x 8-inch cake pan
  4. Top with brown sugar Bake at 325 for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping
