Crab Meat Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb white crab meat
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 12 pt cream
- 4 Tbsp sherry
- 34 c sharp grated cheese
Directions
- Make a cream sauce with butter flour and cream
- Add salt pepper and sherry
- Remove from heat and add crab meat
- Pour the mixture into buttered casserole or individual baking dishes Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook in hot oven until cheese melts
- Serves 4
