Corn Bread

Ingredients
- 34 c white corn meal
- 12 c flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 qt buttermilk
Directions
- Mix all dry
- ingredients
- in
- a
- medium size bowl
- Add buttermilk until mixture is
- thick and drops off of a spoon in a clump
- Grease
- a
- 6-inch cast-iron skillet and preheat in a 450 oven
- When
- skillet
- is hot pour cornbread mixture into skillet Bake until brown
