Coney Island Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 1 12 lb ground beef
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 6 oz can water
- 4 to 5 wieners
Directions
- Combine everything but wieners
- Simmer over low heat until thick
- Grind up the wieners and add to sauce cook 15 minutes longer
- Do not brown beef before using
