Coconut Pie

Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine melted
- 1 14 oz pkg flaked coconut
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 12 c milk
- 2 regular 8-inch or 1 deep dish 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Mix together the sugar and cornstarch
- Add the eggs margarine 1 34 cups coconut 1 14 cups of milk and vanilla Stir well
- Pour mixture into pie shells
- Add additional milk and coconut sprinkle over and gently mash down into mixture to finish filling the shells to 34-inch from the top
- Bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until golden brown
