Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

• 2 eggs separated
• 2 c sweet milk
• 12 c sugar
• 1 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 2 Tbsp cocoa
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Beat egg yolks and add milk Sift all dry ingredients together Add to milk and eggs Cook in double boiler until thick Or—-Put in qt size dish and cook in microwave for 3 minutes on high take out and stir Cook 1 minute and stir until thick Add vanilla and butter Put in baked pie shell and set aside
