Chocolate Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 3 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c Pet milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c pecans
- 1 c oatmeal instant or quick cooking
Directions
- Stir or whisk liquids add dry ingredients
- Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Middle of pie should shake and not be too firm
- Do not overbake
