Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 5 c sugar
  • 1 large 13 oz can evaporated milk
  • 12 lb butter
  • 1 large 13 oz jar Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c walnuts

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a 4-quart saucepan
  2. Stir over medium heat until blended
  3. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes
  4. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate bits vanilla and nuts until chocolate is melted
  5. Pour into a buttered pan 9 x 9-inches
  6. Cool and cut while warm
  7. Makes 5 pounds
