Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
- 5 c sugar
- 1 large 13 oz can evaporated milk
- 12 lb butter
- 1 large 13 oz jar Marshmallow Fluff
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c walnuts
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a 4-quart saucepan
- Stir over medium heat until blended
- Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate bits vanilla and nuts until chocolate is melted
- Pour into a buttered pan 9 x 9-inches
- Cool and cut while warm
- Makes 5 pounds
