Chocolate Chess Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 uncooked pie shell
  • 1 12 c sugar
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa
  • 14 c melted margarine
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 18 tsp salt
  • 1 can evaporated milk 5 oz
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 34 c chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Mix sugar cocoa and margarine
  2. Stir well
  3. Add eggs and beat with electric mixer for 2 12 minutes
  4. Add salt milk and vanilla
  5. Stir in pecans
  6. Pour into pie shell
  7. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes
