Chinese Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 6 lb chicken wings
- 23 c soy sauce
- 13 c sugar
- 13 c brown sugar
- 13 c cider vinegar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Directions
- Remove wing tips
- Cut wings in half through joint
- In large bowl stir soy sauce and rest of ingredients
- Add chicken
- Toss and coat well
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Place wings in jelly roll pan
- Bake uncovered in 375 oven for 45 minutes Brush twice with marinade
