Chinese Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 6 lb chicken wings
  • 23 c soy sauce
  • 13 c sugar
  • 13 c brown sugar
  • 13 c cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Directions

  1. Remove wing tips
  2. Cut wings in half through joint
  3. In large bowl stir soy sauce and rest of ingredients
  4. Add chicken
  5. Toss and coat well
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight
  7. Place wings in jelly roll pan
  8. Bake uncovered in 375 oven for 45 minutes Brush twice with marinade
