Chicken Delight
Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 6 thin slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup plus 1 can water, heated until smooth
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1/2 stick melted butter
Directions
- Place chicken in greased casserole.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place slice of cheese on each breast.
- Toss stuffing with melted butter.
- Pat on top of chicken.
- Pour diluted soup over dressing.
- Cover and bake 1 hour at 325°.
