Chicken And Dumplings

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb chicken
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 egg
- 1 c milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 to 2 c flour
Directions
- Boil chicken
- Cool and remove from bone
- Combine broth from chicken and can of chicken broth with cooked chicken
- Beat egg Add milk baking powder and flour
- Roll out thin on floured board
- Cut into strips and drop into boiling broth
- Reduce heat and simmer about 12 to 15 minutes
