Cheese Cake

Ingredients
- 20 graham crackers
- 12 c sugar
- 13 c shortening
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese soft
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 2 cans cherry or blueberry pie filling
- 1 box Cool Whip medium size
Directions
- Mix crackers sugar and shortening in cake pan and bake at 325 for 10 minutes
- Cool
- Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar
- Fold in the Cool Whip and spread over graham cracker crust
- Put pie filling on top and refrigerate
