Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 1 large pkg cream cheese
- 8 oz Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz American cheese
- 2 Tbsp chopped green pepper
- pinch of salt
- 34 c pecans chopped
- white pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp grated onion
- 2 Tbsp chopped pimiento
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 tsp soy sauce
- 12 tsp Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Grate cheese
- Mix with other ingredients
- Form into large ball
- Wrap in foil
- Store in refrigerator for 2 or more days to age
- Roll in pecans just before serving
