Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 1 14 c Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c flour
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 c nuts
- 3 c shredded carrots 8 or 9
Directions
- Beat sugar oil and eggs until fluffy
- Add flour cinnamon soda salt nuts and carrots to sugar mixture
- Mix and beat all of the ingredients well
- Bake at 375 for 35 to 45 minutes in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan
- Will also make a large 9-inch 2 layer cake Top with Cream Cheese Frosting
