Caramel Icing

Ingredients

  • 12 c margarine
  • 1 c packed brown sugar
  • 14 c milk
  • 2 c confectioners sugar

Directions

  1. Melt butter in saucepan
  2. Mix in brown sugar
  3. Stir over low heat 2 minutes
  4. Add milk
  5. Heat until boiling
  6. Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm
  7. Stir in confectioners sugar
  8. Spread onto cake
