Caramel Corn

Ingredients
- 6 qt popped corn
- 2 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 12 c white syrup
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 tsp soda
- pinch of cream of tartar
Directions
- Bring sugar syrup oleo and cream of tartar to a boil in large saucepan
- Take form heat and add soda this will foam up so start with a large pan
- Mix and stir over popped corn
- Bake in large roasting pan 1 hour in 200 oven stirring occasionally After cooled store in covered container
