Candied Yams

Ingredients
- 6 medium yams cooked and peeled
- 13 cup margarine
- 14 tsp salt
- 13 cup light brown sugar firmly packed
Directions
- Melt margarine in skillet over low heat
- Blend in sugar and salt
- Increase heat and bring to boiling
- Add potatoes and cook over medium heat turning potatoes several times
- Cook for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are well glazed and thoroughly heated
