Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage about 4 lb
- 2 lb lean ground pork can use 12 beef and 12 pork
- 1 small onion chopped fine
- 12 c partially cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp butter or margarine approximately
- 2 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 12 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 12 c water
Directions
- Preparing cabbage
- Remove core and place head in a large pot of boiling water
- Cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes
- Separate leaves and cut out heavy ribs
