Brownies

Ingredients
- 12 c flour
- 12 c plus 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 34 tsp salt
- 12 c cocoa
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Mix sugar and butter together until light and fluffy Add eggs and vanilla Mix until smooth Sift dry ingredients together Stir in nuts Bake in greased 8 x 8-inch pan at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes Cool in pan Cut into squares or bars Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired Makes 16 squares
