Broccoli Cornbread

Ingredients

• 2 small boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
• 2 sticks margarine
• 1 c chopped onion
• 1 c cottage cheese
• 1 10 oz box thawed broccoli
• 4 eggs

Directions

1. Mix and bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 to 40 minutes at 375
