Broccoli Bake

Ingredients

• 4 10 oz pkg frozen broccoli flowers
• 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
• 4 eggs well beaten
• 2 c mayo
• 2 c sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 1 stick butter melted
• 1 pkg stuffing cubes seasoned and slightly crushed

Directions

1. Cook broccoli and drain
2. Combine soup eggs mayo and onion in large bowl
3. Add broccoli and 1 cup of shredded cheese mix gently
4. Pour into 13 x 9-inch baking dish
5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese
6. Combine butter and stuffing cubes then spread on top
7. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
