Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
- 4 10 oz pkg frozen broccoli flowers
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 4 eggs well beaten
- 2 c mayo
- 2 c sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 pkg stuffing cubes seasoned and slightly crushed
Directions
- Cook broccoli and drain
- Combine soup eggs mayo and onion in large bowl
- Add broccoli and 1 cup of shredded cheese mix gently
- Pour into 13 x 9-inch baking dish
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese
- Combine butter and stuffing cubes then spread on top
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
