Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple well drained
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • chocolate syrup nuts and maraschino cherries
  • at least 5 large bananas

Directions

  1. Mix thoroughly and press in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan the graham crackers and 1 stick margarine
  2. Then layer over graham cracker crust as follows
  3. layer of sliced bananas layer pineapple then Cool Whip
  4. Garnish with chocolate syrup nuts and maraschino cherries
  5. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or longer before serving
