Baked Beans

Ingredients
- 1 lb Great Northern beans
- 1 c brown sugar
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- 1 14 c catsup
- 12 c pancake syrup
- 1 ham hock or shank
Directions
- Boil beans for 1 12 hours
- Drain
- In a roaster add beans brown sugar dry mustard catsup and pancake syrup
- Mix together then put in ham hock
- Bake at 350 for 4 to 5 hours until beans are soft
- Add more water and sugar as necessary
- Can take ham hock after baking and break up the meat and put in the beans
