Autumn Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 c chopped onion
- 4 c water
- 1 c chopped carrots
- 1 c diced celery
- 1 c cubed potatoes
- 6 tomatoes
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp bottled brown bouquet sauce
- 14 tsp pepper
- 18 tsp basil
- 1 bay leaf
Directions
- In a large saucepan cook and stir meat until brown drain off fat
- Cook and stir onion with meat until onion is tender
- Stir in remaining ingredients except tomatoes
- Heat to boiling reduce heat cover and simmer 20 minutes
- Add tomatoes cover and simmer 10 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender
